The Realty Expo gears up for another success

Following great shows in Noida and Gurgaon in the year 2011, the two-day Realty Expo, organised by Mail Today and Graphisads, is all set to witness another big success in the coming series of exhibitions starting on January 14th & 15th,  at Epicentre, Gurgaon

Last year scores of interested buyers thronged the property fair, organised by Mail Today and Graphisads, in association with Amrapali Group, at Noida Expo Centre, and Orris at Epicentre Gurgaon. This time too the two-day Realty Expo is geared up to repeat the same success story, at Epicentre, Gurgaon, from Jaunary 14 to 15. 

The principal intent behind the Realty Expo has always been to offer a variety of property projects spanning the entire spectrum from high-end home and office spaces to areas which are a bit more pocket-friendly and judging by the stream of visitors who thronged the Property Show over the weekend in the previous property fairs last year. It was imminently clear that the realty fair had more than achieved its objective. “I currently live in a rented apartment,” said lawyer Jai Singh who made detailed enquiries at most stalls up on display. “I am looking for a two-bedroom flat in the NCR preferably in Gurgaon because this where I work and I find this Expo extremely helpful in this regard. There is a huge difference between looking up properties on the internet and coming to an exhibition such as this. There is a face-to-face interaction here which you cannot find anywhere else.”

The Realty Expo not only drew in huge crowds but also did big business last year. Culmination of this two-day property exhibition accelerated the booking of residential flats to an unprecedented sum to 200 and saw masses putting across their distinct queries at the forefront. “We were managed to sell many of our flats in Noida projects particularly which are under construction in Noida Extension,” said Anil Kumar Sharma, CMD, Amrapali Group. 

The Realty Expo, Gurgaon, is to witness participation from some of the biggest developers in NCR like Orris, the Jaypee Group, the Amrapali Group, Bestech, Gupta Promoters Pvt. Ltd, Landmark, the Piyush Group, the Raheja Group, BPTP, Falcon Realty, the Avalon Group and LandAsia Infrastructure Limited, that will make the Realty Expo one of the biggest realty fairs in NCR. In addition to property developers, banking partner Punjab National Bank was also present on the spot to provide home financing solutions while mega real estate brokerage firms such as Saffron Realty, Investor Clinic and Genesis represented luxurious and high-end properties in NCR developed by companies such as M3M, Ireo and Edelco.

The interactive element was brought in with the announcement of attractive gifts to lucky draw winners every hour, which ensured that the Realty Expo blended some fun elements to the very serious business of property investment.
