The property prices in Pune have dropped by 5.67% in the last one month. Over the last 3 months, the MPI has seen a rise of 4.66% - it has moved from 1423 in August 2011 to 1489 in November 2011. As compared to last year, the Pune Property Index in November 2011 has increased by 24.59%. Prices had dropped significantly in the second quarter of 2010 due to the economic slowdown. The property prices in Pune remained stable in the last one month. sis: Over the last 3 months, the MPI has seen a drop of 4.7% - it has moved from 1563 in September 2011 to 1490 in November 2011. As compared to last year, the Pune Property Index in December 2011 has increased by 19.6%. Prices had dropped significantly in the second quarter of 2010 due to the economic slowdown.
