The property prices in Bangalore have dropped by 4.74% in the last one month. Over the last 3 months, the MPI has seen a drop of 8.18% - it has moved from 1136 in November 2011 to 1237 in August 2011. As compared to last year, the Bangalore Property Index in November 2011 has increased by 24.48%. Prices had dropped significantly in the second quarter of 2010 due to the economic slowdown. Over the last 3 months, the MPI has seen a drop of 8.7% - it has moved from 1204 in September 2011 to 1099 in October 2011.As compared to last year, the Bangalore Property Index in December 2011 has increased by 23.6%.
